About the role As a Facility Technician, you will play a central role in ensuring the efficient operation of our properties in central Stockholm. You will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and energy optimization, as well as quality assurance of the property’s security systems. Your contribution helps ensure that our properties maintain a high standard, with satisfied tenants and optimal energy consumption levels. The role requires a high degree of independence, but also the ability to collaborate and support colleagues in the team when needed.

Your team and workplace You will be part of an experienced team of seven technicians and a facility manager. The team is geographically spread across different locations in Stockholm, and you will work on a mobile basis with both community properties and offices. You will closely collaborate with your colleagues who always support each other, while also independently managing the daily work in the properties you are responsible for.

Some of your tasks

• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of properties, including troubleshooting, repairs, and energy optimization.

• Manage and follow up on service requests and perform systematic inspections.

• Implement measures for optimized operation and ensure that the property’s security systems (fire, sprinkler, locks, and alarms) function correctly.

• Order and follow up on contracts and work with property systems for reporting and follow-up.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least 5–7 years of experience working as a Facility Technician in commercial properties and who has trained as a Facility Technician or studied a similar field within the real estate industry. You have a solid technical background with knowledge of media control and control systems. Additionally, it is advantageous if you have further specialist competence in energy optimization. We prefer that you have experience managing tenants and a good ability to prioritize. As a person, you are self-driven, unpretentious, and flexible. You are service-minded and enjoy collaborating and supporting your colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to act quickly and drive work forward, and you are used to taking responsibility for your own decisions. A driver’s license is required for the role, and you should speak and write Swedish fluently as well as have a good command of English.
